Career. Leadership. Family. Responsibility. Being capable. Being needed.
They may still matter deeply, but when they begin to change, or no longer tell the whole story, a different question emerges:
Stabilising the nervous system, reducing physiological load and restoring the foundations that support genuine energy and clarity. The science and practice creates the conditions for everything that follows.
Restoring sustainable capacity across the areas that matter for you. Sleep, energy, cognitive clarity, physical resilience and the way you support your body. Evidence-informed and precisely tailored to your current presentation.
The work most people skip in their rush to find solid ground. An honest examination of what the self has been organised around.
What was borrowed from the role and what was actually yours? What matters now? What you want the next stage of your life to be built around, and who you are building it as.
A comprehensive understanding of where you are now. Beginning with detailed onboarding and assessment to establish your physiological, professional and personal baseline and the priorities for our work together.
Individualised clinical and body-based support. Clinical nutrition architecture and personalised yoga therapy and regulation practices developed around your presentation and adapted as the work progresses.
Private coaching and reinvention work. Six ICF coaching sessions exploring identity, purpose, leadership, meaning and the decisions shaping the next stage of your life.
Integration and ongoing support. Direct access to me throughout the programme, a personalised 90-Day Stability Plan at completion and a post-mentoring review session to support what comes next.
